After doing his Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, India, he moved to Toronto in 2012 to pursue a research-based Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, on a university fellowship. He is well settled and works as a Software Engineer in a database technology company. He is a Canadian citizen.
